1.先把朝鲜蓟头部的刺剪开,容易食用。并把头部切平。
2.把尾部清除干净,放进一个大锅子蒸,朝鲜即底部可加入一点柠檬汁,盖起来蒸30- 45分钟,蒸到熟软为止,并呈现黄绿色,以及花蕾部分可以容易撕开。
3.食用时,将煮熟的花蕾撕开,可点上醋和橄榄油等调味料
4. 吃的时候,轻轻把尾端的成分吸出来,只是吃花蕾里柔软泥状的成分,之后将花蕾丢弃。
把所有的花蕾吃完后,剩下的底部也可以吃。用刀子将毛状的物质去处,就可以吃里面呈泥状的物质
